Site plans for the financier's private Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Also contained in this new photograph release appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had formulated development schemes to transform the sprawling island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a pool.
Visible on the drawing is a channel, a waterway in the territory, marked on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and includes a legend labelling distinct sections of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be nine other site drawings and architectural plans, featuring plans for marina coverings.
More documentation released as part of the ongoing congressional disclosure.
